Sicilian – Rattan Garden Furniture

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for our Sicilian Rattan garden furniture sofa set – I haven’t stopped beaming since last Thursday.  I had tried on two previous occasions to get a similar sofa set from companies off the internet. On two occasions the company took our money for product that was discontinued (one company still in dispute). We had lost faith in buying from the net and I had given up hope of finding “my” sofa set. Coming across your website, a phone number and totally friendly approach by yourself you have reinstalled our faith that there are decent companies and decent businesses on the internet who wish to give great service.  It has been a pleasure to deal with you and your business, you have been efficient, timely and honest. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends, family and colleagues.  We have taken every opportunity since last week to sit on our decking and with our new sofa set and even with the rain on Saturday!! Unfortunately our dogs are not very happy as they have been banned!!

PS: your delivery guys were great as well, they phoned to confirm they were running behind due to traffic on the M3 and kept my partner posted on their progress

Thank you for the rattan outdoor suite which I purchased on ebay, it is fantastic, we have used it everyday and had a big bbq on Sunday, it was great for seating and everyone loved it, better than sitting at a table and chairs, looks fab on the decking – Zoe – Wales  – 2nd June 2009

Thank you for this fantastic rattan daybed which fits prefect on our balcony, great quality and very impressed with the service and price, we have ordered some extra covers in a different colour which we can’t wait to see on, will definately use this company again. Sat and watched the tennis on it last week and looking forward to some good weather so I can watch the open golf next week – Claire – Dorset – 8th July 2009
